A PHASOR IS A DEVICE USING HIGH INTENSITY SOUND TO PRODUCE PAIN. I'M SURE YOU HAVE SEEN PHASORS (CROWD/DOG CONTROL, PAIN FIELDS, ETC.) FOR SALE IN INFORMATION UNLIMITED ADS OR CATALOGS.
